This particular F-16CM-50-LM belongs to the 480 FS from Spangdahlem AB's 52 FW. 91-0338 is configured for a Destruction of Enemy Air Defenses mission with 4 x GBU-12 laser Guided Bombs. To target those munitions, the jet has a HARM Targeting Pod to detect and locate radars and a Lightening II Targeting Pod which can take that information and provide visual pointing to the pilot and the laser energy to guide the munitions to that exact spot.

In addition to those munitions, the jet carries the typical Air-to-Air AIM-120C radar missiles and AIM-9X infrared missiles, an AN/ALQ-131 "Deep" Electronics Counter Measures Pod, and a pair of 370 gallon wing tanks.
