What is and is not a personalized print

If you see the aircraft type you are interested in on the website, I can personalize it for you. If you do not see the aircraft type, that becomes a custom print which, while potentially something we can work on together, exceeds the definition of a personalized print. A project involving a “new” aircraft type takes much longer and costs much more. Feel free to contact me if you are interested in either personalization or a custom print.

process

Personalization is, by definition, a unique exercise specific to the project. I involves a bit of communition between artist and customer to define the project and ensure there are no questions to avoid work “headed down the wrong path.” When I receive your request, I will reply with any questions I have or let you know I have no questions.

With the order placed, and questions settled, I begin work preparing a draft. When completed, I email images from the draft for review, corrections, and approval. We can repeat that loop, if required, until we are in agreement with the print. At that time, the personalization fee is due via PayPal. Questions and comments are always welcome any time during the process.

When the personalization fee is received, I will print, box, and ship the print.

as the customer approves the print before shipping, Personalized prints are not refundable unless the print was damaged during shipment. If it was damaged, the same print will be shipped without additional changes.
