“In Sanguine Vinum” which translates from Latin to "may our enemy's blood be our wine" is the motto of Belgium’s multi-role 31 “Tiger” Squadron based at Kleine Brogel Air Base. Formed in 1951, they have flow Spitfires, Thunderjets, Zippers, and since 1984, the Viper. Like most of the “NATO Tiger” squadrons, they have some very cool special vertical stabilizer paint schemes to show the world their pride.

In 2013, FA106 carried the squadron with the beautiful tail created by Johan Wolfs and Peter Verheyen. She is depicted ready for an air-to-air training sortie… albeit with some extras like pylons on stations 3 and 7 and the Sniper ATP on the intake. For the task at hand, she’s loaded with a CATM-9 on station 1 and an AMD on the far side

Any Fighter Studios print can be customized with different squadron marking, different store configurations, names on the nose or canopy rail. To get yours started, click Personalized Print for more information or click Email with questions.
